Terms and conditions

Ticket terms, entry conditions and website use. Written in plain language, on purpose.

1. General

These terms apply to the use of antagathering.com and to the purchase of tickets for the Anta festival (the "event"). The event is produced by Anta Gathering (the "producer", "we"). Buying a ticket or using this site constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Section headings are for convenience and are not used for interpretation. In any conflict between this English version and the Hebrew version, the Hebrew version prevails.

2. The event

  • Dates: 26 to 28 November 2026.
  • Location: Itzik's Khan, Hatzeva, the Arava.
  • Capacity: the event is deliberately limited in number.
  • Age: entry is restricted to those aged 18 and over, subject to photo ID at the gate.

3. The ticket

A ticket grants a personal, single-use right of entry to the event on the dates above. It does not include a reserved place, accommodation or any additional service unless purchased separately and explicitly.

Tickets are sold through the Vibez ticketing platform. That platform's own terms and privacy policy govern the purchase process itself. We remain the party responsible to the buyer in respect of the event.

Tickets may not be copied, duplicated or forged. Where a duplicate ticket appears, entry will be granted to whoever presents it first. Resale above the original price plus reasonable costs is prohibited, and we may void a ticket sold in breach of this.

4. Cancellation by the buyer

Cancellation rights are set by the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981 and its regulations, and apply as written:

  • You may cancel within 14 days of the transaction, or of receiving the transaction document, whichever is later.
  • Provided that cancellation is made at least 7 days, excluding rest days, before the event date.
  • A cancellation fee applies of 5% of the transaction value or ILS 100, whichever is lower. The balance is refunded to the original payment method.
  • A person with a disability, a senior citizen or a new immigrant may cancel within four months of the transaction, provided the engagement included a conversation between the parties, subject to the conditions of the law and presentation of the relevant certificate.
  • Cancellation requests should be sent in writing to the email address at the foot of this page, or through the ticketing platform. Please state your full name and the email address used for the purchase.

Beyond the periods above, and absent any other statutory obligation, tickets are non-refundable. A change to the lineup does not create a right of cancellation or refund, as set out in section 8.

5. Cancellation or postponement by the producer

  • Cancellation. If the event is cancelled outright and not held on an alternative date, buyers will be refunded the full ticket price, including any cancellation fee, without needing to ask.
  • Postponement. If the event is moved to another date, tickets remain automatically valid for the new date. Anyone unable to attend the new date is entitled to a full refund, provided they notify us within 14 days of the postponement being announced.
  • Curtailment. If the event opens and is then stopped for reasons outside our control, a proportionate refund will be assessed according to the circumstances and applicable law.

6. Force majeure

Circumstances outside our control and not reasonably foreseeable, including a security situation, an order of a competent authority, revocation of a licence, extreme weather or flooding, epidemic or similar events, may require cancellation or postponement. In such a case section 5 applies, and we bear no liability for indirect loss, travel or accommodation costs, or any other incidental expense incurred by the buyer.

7. Entry and conduct

  • Entry from age 18 with photo ID. No exceptions.
  • Entry is subject to a security check at the gates.
  • Zero tolerance for drugs. Possession, use or supply of substances prohibited by law is absolutely forbidden and will result in immediate removal and referral to law enforcement, with no refund.
  • Weapons, fireworks, open flame, flammable materials, glassware and drones are prohibited.
  • Zero tolerance for harassment, violence or racism. Anta is a safe space. Anyone who breaks that will be removed immediately and without refund.
  • We may refuse entry to, or remove from the grounds, anyone endangering themselves or others, breaching these terms, or acting contrary to crew instructions. Removal does not entitle you to a refund.
  • Instructions from crew, security and medical staff are binding. In an open desert environment this is a matter of safety, not authority.

8. Lineup and programme

We make every effort to deliver the programme as published. Nonetheless the artist roster, running order, schedule and stage locations may change for reasons not always within our control. Such a change, including the cancellation of a particular artist's set, does not create a right to cancel or to a refund. A ticket is bought for the event as a whole, not for a single performance.

9. Filming and photography

The event is documented in photography and video. By entering, you agree that your image may be captured and used for documenting, recapping and promoting Anta, without payment and without time limit. If you would rather not be filmed, speak to us or to the photography crew on site and we will respect that request as far as is practical.

Commercial filming, commercial live streaming, or recording sets for commercial distribution require prior written approval.

10. Liability

Attendance is at the participant's own risk. We take reasonable safety measures, but we are not responsible for personal property that is lost, stolen or damaged, nor for harm resulting from unreasonable behaviour, disregard of safety instructions, or the natural terrain and weather conditions of the desert. Appropriate insurance is recommended.

Nothing here limits our liability under any law for bodily injury caused by our negligence.

11. Website terms of use

The content on this site, including text, artwork, logo, photography and design, is the property of Anta Gathering or of its creators and is protected by copyright. It may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without written permission.

We aim to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but typographical errors and inaccuracies are possible. In any conflict between information on this site and official information given in writing, the latter prevails. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer or undertaking beyond what is set out in these terms.

12. Privacy and accessibility

The handling of personal data is governed by our privacy policy. Accessibility arrangements for the site and the grounds, and the accessibility coordinator's details, are set out in our accessibility statement.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The binding version is the one published on the site at the time of purchase, and the last-updated date appears at the top of this page. A material change made after a purchase will not apply retroactively to the detriment of someone who has already bought a ticket.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction over any matter arising from them lies with the competent courts of the Southern District.
